The Practice was established in 1996 with a work load centered around the Aberdeen area. An expanding Client base continues to develop taking the Partnership further a field. In 2001 the Partnership employed a Graduate Surveyor to assist in maintaining an appropriate level of service to new and existing Clients.

The Partnership now operates regularly in the Central Belt and also covers the remainder of Scotland.

The Partnership believes it offers a competitive and flexible service across Scotland primarily for corporate property investors and private concerns. The services offered include: acting for landlords and tenants on commercial premises in terms of dilapidations and schedules of condition; project management of the construction process; design, alteration and refurbishment of new and existing premises; condition reports and surveys.
