Alastair Bean FRICS (Partner)
Studying by correspondence course Alastair was elected an Associate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 1983 and became a Fellow in 1995.

Alastair has over thirty years experience as a surveyor in Aberdeen and has dealt with all aspects of Building Surveying in this time.

Mark Morriss BSc. Hons. MRICS (Partner)
Graduated from Liverpool Polytechnic in 1988 with an honours degree in Building Surveying and was elected an Associate member of the RICS in 1990.

Mark's early career was spent working in and around West London for Consultant Building Surveying practices whose Clients included, local authorities, large corporate and commercial property investors and management companies.
